Exciting work challenge
Meaningful work
Great people
A good manager

It was ironic that when I worked at Genentech, the Best company to work for, according to FORTUNE, none of those reasons were true.

и вообше, мне кажется, что причина номер один это хороший начальник, а номер два это баланс между работой и отдыхом (work-life balance), а уже потом все остальное. Теперь, угадай, почему я еще тут :)
