Today was a frustrating day, for various reasons.

At Walgreen's, stocking up on miscellaneous supplements, I saw the cigarette shelf and got a very strong urge to buy a pack of smokes. And a lighter.

I didn't.

I'm glad.

That happens to me sometimes.

Then I think about the fact that I'm wasting $5 that I could be spending on more interesting vices.

And I feel better about not smoking.
