Soo... I know my advice won't be listened to because I'm currently not listening to anyone's advice on my own situation. BUT I'd say find a nice guy, not a bar guy. Any guy who hangs out at bars and picks up chicks is jerk. And! yeah, you don't owe that bitch anything but you should have some respect for yourself. Don't take anyone else's leftovers (well, everyone is someone else's leftovers at some point in time, but don't do it when you KNOW it) and remember that you're an awesome person and most guys just aren't worth your time.

This. Stop picking up bar guys. 99% of them are terrible. I don't CARE if it's someone you know personally as well. If they hang out at bars a lot, they're probably not the best.

I agree 100%, I didn't meet him in a bar or anything like that. I legitimately enjoyed this guys company and having the whole FWB thing turning cold real quick, I was probably a bit too eager to jump at the chance. I think what happened really was I liked the idea of him more than him himself. I dunno, either way I made a mistake and thats that. However, I just got confronted by someone who, again, had no involvement, and asked me "Did you do it to get back at her for what she did to your Brother?" like...what? People are so ignorant.

I know you didn't meet him in a bar, I didn't explain that well. :) I mean, any guy who spends a decent amount of time in a bar probably isn't a good guy. And I guess you didn't say that he did but I think my mind went from comment on this situation -> give future advice! xD

And yeah - next time, wait a few weeks to sleep with him. Seriously, I'm not trying to be like AMAGAD U HO because I have trouble keeping my pants on too, haha. But I waited for a few weeks (YES OK JUST A FEW WEEKS BUT THOSE WEEKS WERE HARD) with Jesse and while our relationship is stupid right now, I genuinely love him and I believe he loves me. And even if it doesn't work out, it was a good ~3 years.

plus you know you're worth making some guy wait. :)
