Knitting's not gay, it's elderly. Personally, I've wanted to get into fashion design so I can truly have claim to my own style (also because a lot of stuff I see either sucks or can be improved upon), but I'm too lazy to mess around with materials and measurements.
Most of the games you should probably sell now because they shouldn't appreciate in value. Maybe keep some of the ones you really like in case you get a fit of nostalgia some time down the road and don't want to have to hunt them down in used/pawn shops/eBay. I'd finish that supergun and try to sell it.
I'm so sick of anime that I can't even let [adult swim] run in the background, but being the packrat that I am, I just can't bring myself to selling off stuff I've already invested so much money in.
If anything's going to reinvigorate your taste for video gaming, it would be the DS (and possibly the Revolution). Everything else now and upcoming really is been-there-done-that with shinier gloss.
I've gone away from being a packrat is kinda surprises me.
I've sold so much stuff, gave some away when I could have sold it, thrown stuff away when I could have given it away. I really just have a general distaste for clutter these days.
I agree with you on the DS. Yeah, it'd be nice, but do I really waste 200, or even ask for it as a gift when I may potentially never play it. Even though Carl raves about the puppy game and it is slightly tempting.
I used to cross-stitch. And my mom is slowly attempting to teach me to sew. Crafts rock, it's what the cool kids do.
