I'm at Nics house.

House sitting for the weekend. It's rather fun. I've got the cat (Macker) to look after, getting in the mail simple stuff like that. I figured out how to work the washing machine, microwave, alarm clock, tv and dvd player. I'm smart. Monday I went and rode Fudge. I tried her out in Mickeys bit, a loose ring snaffle. That was definitely better, she’s getting too much for the eggbutt. I rode for about an hour or so. My alarm clock went off early, got up at 5. Got out to NTA at 6:30am and waited at least twenty minutes until Selina came with the key. Sarah arrived just before her. Sarah was my groom today. On Friday morning I rode Fudgey Wudgey. I rode down in the back paddock, did lots of trotting, cantering and jumped the barrels. Tray came out with me, and she rode Fudge for the first time! First things first. My moms uncle died on Tuesday at 8:05pm. I was going to go and see him yesterday, I regret not going sooner. Ernie and his wife had no children or grandchildren so they looked at my cousins, Tray and I as grandchildren. They spent every Christmas with us. I havn’t cried but it is really sad! Monday I spoke to Megan on the phone for an hour and half. It was really good catching up with her!! I also rearranged my room, it looks so much better.

Tuesday I cant remember what I did. I did visit Fudge and NTA in the afternoon. I think that was all, how uneventful.

Fudge and I were in our very first show today!!

I met Sarah at the paddocks at 8am. I washed Fudges socks (and one white pastern). It started raining so we went into the stables. We gave Fudge a damn good brushing, and tacked her up.
