Another reason why I love my wife

Yesterday was yet another uber-long, high-stress workday (although I took an hour lunch to visit my kids' school for Field Day and eat with my son) and by 10:00 I had developed a near-migraine. The abandoning person needs a bris from the neck down.

Bless your wife. Are you going to try fostering these yourself?

If the kittens are already walking/running, they're well past a week or two old.

simplykimberly does fostering and has an immense collection of kitten photos on flickr. There is SERIOUS cuteness and OMG-adorable in this collection. I like how with the "April 2009 Kittens" set, she includes the age ... if you make sure you're looking at the right ones (she has kittens from three different litters in the later shots), it's a veritable aging chart by developmental stage ( ... )

Ah, thanks for the information on kitten aging. All of our cats were adopted as adults so this kitten thing is new to me. From your information I'm guessing they're nearing the 24 day mark -- they're still wobbly but they get around FAST.

We're working on finding homes for them, and have a friend who works with a vet who is assisting us.
