I just love the Taubl family! They are a family of 9 very talented people. On NBC's America's Got Talent they were so obviously the best last night. The others didn't even stand close. Are any of you watching "America's got talent"?

How fun to watch someone you know compete! I don't watch the show on a regular basis, although I HAVE caught a few episodes. I'll have to check out the video after work. (No speakers on my work computer.)

I didn't watch at first, but now I try to watch every time :) A lot of the acts are really bad or plain stupid (although not so much at this stage, it's semifinals, but there are still a few, that I would easily kick out of there without any regret). But I've loved Taubls ever since I first heard them like 5 years ago in a concert. Emily (the girl with the cello and the best voice, IMHO) is my favorite. She's singing in the very end :)

I only found those two videos on youtube of them on AGT that I posted. I couldn't find their song they did in Vegas :(

thanks for sending the video clips. I know I'll watch them more than once. Does the Taubl family ever do a tour? I think we should get them in Montana, on the stage at Grace Bible Church! Love, Mom

They do tours (although not this year, with AGT going :) but it's usually here in New England, and sometimes down south where Carol's (Taubl mom) parents live.

If Grace were to have them, it would be costly (with 9 people and all the instruments), but it's a large church, so maybe it wouldn't be all that expensive for them. Taubls usually ask a hosting organization to pay their travel expenses, they collect a freewill offering during the concert and sell their CDs after. That's how they get to cover their expenses. But now that they are so popular on the national level, I don't know if they would be charging or not. Or maybe they would just have to be declining the offers of concerts from various places. I would imagine they wouldn't do any concerts at least until AGT is over though :)
