Here's my opinion in the matter. Oh yeah, for those of you that don't know, I'm the wife in question. I am sick to fucking death of watching my husbands heart break every time he talks about all of his "friends" leaving him out of something AGAIN. He says it seems you all have left him out since we got together. I think he is more than right. I think you have avoided him since we got together. And more so due to some things that have happened in our relationship. (Matt knows what I mean, so I'm sure the rest of you do too). So here's my two cents. I am Daniel's wife. OK, so here we go again. With the new adult understanding you have so recently aquired, please re-read what I said. I said if you all had been real friends... you would have addressed his drug problem, not disassociated yourselves from him for it. Yeah, his drugs screwed up alot of things. But when you have no friends because you are doing drugs and no one tells you that is why they are not your friend... well.. we see a shitty circle of depression and self loathing begin don't we. maybe you didnt notice but out of all of our friends I was the FIRST to move out of my parents house, FIRST to buy a nice car (two now), FIRST to buy more than one car, also WITHOUT the help of my parents, FIRST to have a child and still not fall on my ass..........all while smoking pot. When I got fired I was 2 months away from a full promotion to GM of 103rd St which would pay $550 a week plus bonus at age 22. Granted I fucked myself out of that with a single bad decision but I made it that far while smoking
