Tonight was a fairly warm night for October. Only a slight wind made the trees rustle every now and then. They were halfway home and there wasn't much talk from either side. Kyo, hands in pockets took to watching random leaves floating along on the ground while Tohru looked up at the sky. The tension rose in his chest and was becoming unbearable. He turned his head only slightly, eyeing her from the side.
"So...you like watching stars then?" Stupid stupid stupid. What a lame thing to say. Who says that? He blushed in spite of himself.
