Hypnotherapy?

Does anybody have any experience (theirs or somebody else's) with hypnotherapy for weight-loss or with hypnotherapy for anything at all

i'm sorry we've turned up empty but I've never used hypnotherapy, though now that it's available to me, i may.

I'm also a night eater.
