I don't think Sherlock would be more inclined to wear clothes just because he was female. I mean, dude, he didn't even have undies on.

as a woman, undies and bras are important, especially during certain times of the month. men have it so easy, they'd freeball all the time if we let them

Yeah, I know women need undies, just . . . not as certain that it's that much easier for dudes. I mean, Sherlock has no issue with being taken to Buckingham Palace nude, why would a potential risk of stains make things worse?
