so i've been getting these anxiety attacks lately. not so fun. not really "attacks," per say, but anxiety affects. it feels like i can't breathe well, like the back of my throat is closing up and i'm not getting enough air in. you know what the best part about it is? the more i think about it, the worse it gets, even if i'm thinking something like

i used to have panic attacks in middle school. my counselor told me about some meditations i could do when things got hectic- IM me next time and ask about it.
