I'm bored and waiting for Ian to get home from the airport. So I'm stuffing my face with turkey, mashed potatoes, and salt. It is the greatest. This may be why the 8 pounds I lost to get myself down to 115, came back. Yes I'm a binger. No need to tell me. This is how I do.
