A police officer shot me in the arm because Booth wasn't yielding despite that he had a hostage and Booth wouldn't let me shoot him even though I'm a good shot. [ You know, as long as she doesn't jump the gun, so to speak. ] The officer had murdered two people before that and is now dead himself.

What happened?

When Booth and I confronted a police officer who had killed two men in an attempt to steal already stolen money, he took a hostage. Booth and I both had guns. Booth said that I shouldn't shoot because I'm a bad shot, which I'm not, then the man shot me in the arm and ran to his car after releasing the hostage. Booth shot him and the case is solved so I would say that it ended fairly well.

I didn't personally, but Booth shot him. Though that was only because he shot me, tried to kill a woman, already killed two males and he was going to get away again. You don't kill people just because they hurt you.

You should try to disable them in self-defense, but killing people should be avoided unless the life of someone else is in danger because of them.
