i guess chase wouldnt pay the 200 for the transfer fee...cause he paid some bank thing for her a while ago for 200 dollars....so now she cant afford that and rent...so like she's gonna pay rent and the 200 dollars or something and just get outta here...i dunno much about it...but if we need a new roomate...i need to be ready to find one now before may is over

yeah well i could afford my rent if chase wasnt an asshole and didnt lie to me about telling me i didn have to pay the money back if i didnt have it.... now he brings it up cause he doesnt have it now...but if wasnt busy buying shit loads of beer for ugly fat girls he wants to fuck and get expensive tattoos when he has other finacial obligations this wouldnt be happning. but now i have to pay 200 for the transfer cause im not going to let ryan and jackie get evicted cause of someone else.. but i wont have the money for rent so we got fucked
