find places you'd want to work, places convenient, places you don't loathe, and walk in and ask if they're hiring, if they are, ask for an application, fill out and return and hope for a call back

new businesses are usually a good bet and any now hiring, but try any spot that you like

now that school has started a lot of kids quit their job that they had for summer and jobs are looking to replace them to even out work load, now is a good time to look
