Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. My life, My unclear path ahead of me. need more hours if i will ever get me a place to live. I can't even gather my thoughts right now. i respect your opinion but just some things to think about:

Discrimination is wrong. If people love eachother no one has the right to deny them to be together and honor their relationship no matter their race, age, sex ect. Taking away rights is unconstitutional.

Notifying parents can put young girls at risk. There are a lot of abusive parents not understanding or caring about heir children or their situation. Forcing to tell parents could ruin whole families. Studies have also said that when a minor does get pregnant the first people they tell are their parents.

oh and 9 would be a waste of money so yead vote no

hope things are well

a no on prop 8 would take away from certain religious groups tax exempts due to their beliefs. Also means that pastors and preist could be sued for refusing to do a same gender marriage. If the law doesn't pass, i won't through a fit but I cannot vote a no on it.

please read prop 9. There are exceptions for a notification of parents. The minor can appeal and if the situation is unsafe than she will be exempt from having to notify their parents. I find abortion to be severely cruel and wrong, anything i can do to prevent it, i will

how would marrying same sex couples take away tax exempts from religious groups? And I doubt a same sex couple would have a pastor marry them who is strongly against gay marriage. There are plenty of people who are legal pastors and dont mind same sex couples getting married, i doubt there would be lawsuits ( ... )

God also made people who are more likely to become rapists, murders, or easily give into addictions be it to cocaine or alcohol or what have you. He also created people who have compulsions to lie or steal. That doesn't mean he doesn't hate when they choose to do these things. Nor does it mean that because they do these things he does not love them. God made people who are more likely to give into any temptation that you could think of.
I strongly believe that love is a choice. Many people are more tempted to love someone of the same gender than you or I but just but that does not mean that it was what God designed or condones. Accepting is not approving. So yes God does accept and love everyone. But He does not approve of everyone's decisions. I do not believe that someone who is gay is necessarily condemned to hell. Because if that were the case we would all be screwed. I guarantee that every day of my life i do something that God doesn't like. I believe I will go to heaven despite that. Because I believe that Jesus is the son of ( ... )

Liz, I hope that you know that you just put gays in a catagory with rapists and murderers, like the way they live is a crime... :(

no. i put homosexuality in the catigory as wrong and that is what i believe i will not allow anyone to attack me for it. everyone has the right to believe, and vote the way that they think is right and that is the point of democracy

So if Jesus is going to save us from all of our sins, if we believe it, then why does there need to be a law against it? And only against ONE sin, that discriminates?

Separation of church and state anybody?

Well put.

But I want to know how two people getting married, people you probably will never know.. I just want to know how that would ever effect your life personally.. and in a negative way...

Im just saying that the only reason why people are attacking Yes on 8 is because all we are trying to do is promote choice and freedom, and you are trying, well, did.. elimanate it.. and I think that above all things, that is wrong.. and selfish
