i think all you have to do is change the year to 2074 or something so it shows up

well that's fascinating. but doesn't that mean that on people's friends pages it'll always show up as the first entry?

nope, cause your friends list or any friends list for that matter goes by when it was posted at that specific time, regardless of what year it is.

on your entries, it shows up chronological. at least thats how i percieve it

and about it not working, try a smaller year, like 2020.

Use LJ cuts. Click "rich text" button when making an entry, and then more options will appear, one of which being LJ cut. In case you or others don't know, and LJ cut is when something appears in parentheses, and you click on the entry or comments page to see the whole entry. The point is it doesn't take up a lot of room when you scroll the friends page. Please use this tip!
