Now now, I never said any such thing, Soutaichou~ I merely said that it seems he is telling the truth. Perhaps we may request one of the 'bodies' he claims to have no further interest in as a measure of good faith. Have those remains restored, we have one of our own gifted with such a power. Then we shall verify the truth of his words.

Ah, thank you for the clarification Yourichi-san. However, given the nature and certain trauma forced upon the Shinigami in question until their deaths, it is my standing that it would be unethical and unnecessarily harmful to those who have already found release, to bring them back simply to question them.

I hope you are not implying that this is the only reason why they should be restored.

And with all due respect sir, these are shinigami, not civilians. They were trained to withstand trauma, and were I placed in their position, I would not wish to be left for dead because someone else judged me to be mentally incapable of recovering.
