Does anybody know LUSH's return policy for products purchased in store?

Sad for me, but the moisturizer has declared war on my face. It must be stopped.
and of course that was the most expensive item.

immediate pimples. i use the face soap everywhere-- the toner only on my tzone and the moisturizer only on dry spots. im getting breakouts not everywhere (rules out the soap) but severely in the areas where i use the lotion. And i NEVER get break outs on my chin/forehead/nose and i am now!

ive been smart and didnt use any other products for the past 3 wks. only Lush. i stopped using the moisturizer 3 days ago and everything is going back to normal.

oh well. not for me. but id like to take it back since it was expensive and definitely didnt work for me. good too know they will do a sort of exchange! i hope i can find my receipt.

yes. pretty badly. i dont think its the face soap or the toner, but theres definitely a problem. :( i decided its the moisturizer because i dont put that everywhere-- but everywhere i use it the next morning ill have a pimple.

yeah my vanishing cream is breaking me out -wtf isnt this FOR ACNE?!

i know, im all frustrated like "god-- how can my face not like plants?!" but it definitely doesnt, at least not in lotion form. ill keep using the face soaps i think, but im going to exchange this.
