I bought the magazine Rolling Stone, about a week ago, and it's cover story was the top 500 songs. I didn't have a chance to read it, but when I did, I was happy to find a few Aerosmith songs listed (tho, they should be closer to number one).

172 Dream On
336 Walk This Way
408 Sweet Emotion (with a picture of Steven in a leopard print body suit)

I don't remember but when I read the list I couldn't help but think "Wow, there are a lot of songs or bands that having 'Rolling' in the title, like the magazine. Rolling Stones, Like a Rolling Stone...

I was a bit disappointed. I would have liked to seen a bit more Aerosmith near the top. I mean, how does Sinead O'Connors "Nothing Compares 2 U" be RIGHT before an Aerosmith song (meaning, it ranked higher)?!

:P

Number one was Like a Rolling Stone by Bob Dylan. I however, strongly disagree, but you have to take into consideration the fact that these songs were voted on by the Rolling Stone staff.
