When you're fired you're supposed to be upset. Today, I'm free. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders and I hope that my future is going to be beautiful from here on in.

I do know I have a journal. Since I've run out of people to tell other than my wife, I just want to tell the internet today.

Just remember that we are technically "local" and you've still got us. Granted, it's been apparently impossible for us to meet up, but there's always next time. I'm going out of town until December, but maybe some time during or after the holidays we can meet up? ::smooch::

The long and short was that I worked for a call center that took all of the "I hate my job calls". I listened to people discuss how bad their job was and how it wasn't fair that they were fired and blah blah blah (for places like Taco Bell and Kaiser). So I took in a lot of anger on a daily basis, not to mention I had bosses that expected me to be 100% on every call and every day. It was impossible honestly, but it didn't matter to them. There were a lot of people having problems, but I was the one they fired. I think it may have had something to do with the fact that I have another job and they didn't want to bother anymore. Either that or they wanted to make an example out of me to scare other people.

So yes, I am happy to be away from that. I work at a bookstore so I'm in 7th heaven now. XD

I've already got a second job (now only job) so that's better than nothing. It's a serious pay cut though so I need to work on getting a second job and/or developing my wife's fashion/costume business. If I can make the business work I think we've both be happier. ^_^
