Woke up.

Showered.

Straightened my hair.

Went to register for classes.

Ate some shitty lunch. Turkey sangwhich.

Sitting here listening to a song I haven't heard in years. American Hi-Fi - "Flavor of the Week".

It's been a suprisingly good day.

Finally back on campus. No roommate in sight.

Most of us have been sitting and watching Dane Cook for 12 hours at a time.

It's good to be back. Clean up. Make up my bed.

One of my good friends, who I'll refer to as B to make things safer, is the best and I love her.

So, my roommate moved out last semester in September and I haven't had a roommate since.

And I'm in fucking Tennessee and this girl that lives beside me is telling me they may be giving me a roommate.

That's all fine and dandy, but not while I'm here. Wait until fucking tomorrow.

I leave tomorrow. I'm kind of sad because mom is being extra sweet today.

All my stuff is packed I just have to move it from my bedroom floor to my car.

I'm excited, but I'm sad all at the same time. But more excited, I think.

Being woken up to mom pounding on my door saying "Your grandparents are in the driveway. Get up."

Kind of ruins your day, right off the bat. Shit.

Went to dinner with mom and dad at Chili's. Super good.

Packing my things and getting ready for Saturday.

Can't wait to be back in my dorm. :)

I just got done watching the season 6 premiere of American Idol.

Do these people actually think they can sing?

The people who win American Idol can't even sing.

I feel sorry for their futures.

So, I'm leaving for school Saturday. I don't know how I feel about it yet.

I'm excited to see everyone and start new classes.

I still can't believe I'm in my second semester of college. It's crazy.

I bet the boys are going to be thrilled about the ride home. Silly guinea pigs.

It really smells like pine in here.

Better than a strong urine/poop smell though.

Just re-modeled my guinea pig cage for 3 hours.

Before: Paper towels for bedding.
After: Aspen shavings for bedding. (Wonderful!)

Before: Food in a ceramic bowl.
After: Food in a self-feeder. (Excellent!)

Before: Hay laid on floor.
After: Hay in a hay rack. (OMG. Best thing ever.)
