I dont cook that much but I'm on a diet now and I got this recipe off of sparkpeople.com. I am trying to get the nutrition facts from the person who posted it. It is delicious!
This is a crockpot recipe...
Serves 4
4-6 Boneless chicken breast, cubed
1 Tbs. Margrine or Butter
1 Pkg. Dry Italian Dressing (Regular or Zesty)
1 Can of Reduced fat Cream of Mushroom soup
1 C. Fat free milk
1-8oz. Pkg of Fat free Cream Cheese
Cut up raw chicken and place in bottom of crock pot with margrine and Italian dressing pkg. Do not add any other ingredients yet. Stir chicken to coat and cook on high for 2 1/2 hrs to 3 hours. Add soup, milk and cream cheese and stir until mostly blended. Continue to cook for another 30 minutes. This makes an awesome creme sauce over white rice or pasta.
The only thing I did differently was I used chicken tenderlions and I cooked it for 2 hours instead of 2 1/2-3.
