Cooking Lamb for Clients....

I'm a Chef and I love taking pics of the food I make, when I have time....this lamb was SO easy....I oiled it really well on both sides with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and used Herbes de Provence all over and a bit of salt and fresh ground pepper.
