about Mr. Hand, my mom was telling me that she got to band practice a little early to pick me up, and she said "i don't see how yall can stand to listen to him. if i had a pencil in the truck with me, i would have shoved it in my ears!" she told me that she thinks that he just talks to hear himself talking. i think everyone agrees.
