First of all, I found out there's a Christian-based cafe close to where i live. Like...what? God coffee? I don't know, but there is a tray called the Mount of Olives Cheese Platter and I am thinking I might have to go for that, despite the fear that someone will attack me with Jesus the moment I walk in. I have imagined a possibly fictional locale based on your description by the name of 'Holy Roast'. It is a quaint little shop that exists on the corner of main and sacrilegious. All of the servers are required to wear paper pope hats, immaculate white uniforms with those shoulder sash things that the Catholics are so fond of and they always end the transaction with a short blessing in the original latin.

I went to check out the place today--closed! For some kind of remodeling or something ridiculous like that. So I'll have to update on the state of the baristas.

Holy Roast isn't too far off. They are The Ark Cafe. And yes, to your next question. Their font IS, in fact, Papyrus.
