I have imagined a possibly fictional locale based on your description by the name of 'Holy Roast'. It is a quaint little shop that exists on the corner of main and sacrilegious. All of the servers are required to wear paper pope hats, immaculate white uniforms with those shoulder sash things that the Catholics are so fond of and they always end the transaction with a short blessing in the original latin.
