Is it stupid that I'm reluctant to feel happiness about the impending Ontario tax cut because I know it will be impossible to calculate in my head? Sales taxes in Ontario right now are 15%. That's easy. Take 10%, then add half of that. What the fuck do I do with 14%? 10% and then add 4%? Find 10%, then find 1% and multiply it by 4? 7% times two?!

dude, it was hard enough for me to find 10% of anything; you know how bad in math i am. i just can't do it. thank god my cell has a calculator/tip-calculator pre-set to 15%. i don't care about the extra 1%!
it's funny, i have not heard anything by arctic monkeys but they were on snl and apparently they are really huge on myspace, haha. trev doesn't like them, so i think i might like them! and as i said in your myspace blog, i'm glad you're into death cab. i am still going to make a mix cd of their stuff for you though! there's so many songs by them. i'm thinking that if i can afford it, i'll take trev to see them and franz ferdinand at state theatre. but i'm not sure if i can swing it
