I feel very sad...My Ipod is broken again, I just got a replacement Ipod Monday. So I called the Ipod powers that be and they said they think my Norton Anti-Virus is crashing my Ipod. They also said this wouldn't happen if I had a Mac. I'm starting to think that might be true
