Hang in there, girl. It's tough going through it, but it'll be worthwhile in the end, & well before the end too. I often think it's all very well for Paul to have talked about "these light momentary afflictions" through which we have to go & which will yield true glory. They will, but at the time they can seem anything but 'light' or 'momentary'.
"To Him who is able to keep you from falling, and to present you before His glorious presence without fault and with great joy -" Jude v24 (italics mine)
For that matter, Paul (I think) writes about "God having begun a good work in you, will finish it." & to His glory. (Though, as ever, I can't remember the exact reference.) It's a verse I call to memory when I've gone & done something again & am feeling a particularly failure as a Christian. He's doing the work, He will complete it & to His praise & glory. w00t!
