So we had a speaker come in today.
He is from an organization called new tribe
He was talking about how they are learning the language of this culture, and are translating the Bible into their language. It is the first written language their culture has ever had. They showed a video, and they are all so happy. There was a mass conversion in this ( Read more... )

& the gift of God is for Life Here & Now, as well as Forever After. I know Forever After is longer, but there's Here & Now to be Lived through first. St Paul may have called it "these light, momentary afflictions" but it doesn't feel like it sometimes.
