I'll start by saying I did look at the memories entry, but I only saw two recommendations and they were both for different shops. There could have been more, but damn if that entry isn't crazy long

I get all my work done at True Blue by Scott Ellis. He's actually drawing a japanese theme for me right now. I always just email him when I have new ideas and he always makes time for repeat customers.
