You can never tell how its going to heal until the scabs fall off, so worrying about it now is just going to drive you nuts. Wait for it to fall off and then see what's underneath. And even then, it can be a little cloudy for a few days before everything really settles in. So just give it a little time and then, once it's completely healed, if you have problems, you can worry about them.
And sometimes, it's just the way you heal. I babied my shoulder piece like nobody's business and followed directions to the letter. But I just heal badly (not just tattoos -- everything) so my linework needs a big touchup.
I'm sure its fine. i get lots of yellowish scabs on my tattoos, its probably just a weird way some people heal. just don't pick it to see whats underneath! just clean it lots and use whatever cream you have.
I agree with the other posters. Just wait until you're fully healed and then see what's what. You might have to go in for some touch-ups. That's not unusual, even if you take perfect care of a new tattoo.
the only problem ive ever had with healing was when i rubbed too hard (or actually pulled or picked) scabs and even then ive just gotten tiny places that have no color. so dont pick or pull or rub too hard and youll be fine.
