What the hell happens around here over Labor Day weekend? Seems like I'm always out of town, but cursing my plans because there's something around here I'd like to do. I haven't been paying attention since up until a few days ago I was planning on camping/bridge walk with the Krajewski fam. Blech. Isn't Arts Beats and Eats that weekend? It

Oh yes, Arts, beats and eats is that weekend. Sloan did play there one year. It was fabulous. I ended up in the very front in teh VIP section somehow. i was just thinking that Sloan promised a summer tour and I have seen nothing of said tour. They are playing in Sudbury, ON on Aug 24 which is only 8 hours and 29 minutes away. toronto on the 25th. I HAVE TO STUDY.

It's really nothing like Art Fair, either. It's in frickin' Pontiac for pete's sake? More food than art, too. More like CityFest (formerly known as TasteFest.) Music line-up is not up yet.

I don't know what else is on for Labor Day. We should come up with something that will become tradition for years to come.

Now I know what I'm doing with my time off (besides moving). Sudbury here I come. That's near where J and I saw a moose by the side of the road and thought it was a horse... Oh Canada. I love you.
