Guppies

There are three numbers in guppy counting.

Zero, as in none, as in an empty tank. Not much fun to watch.

One, as in lonely, as "hey! Where'd everybody go?" Still not much fun to watch.

Many, as in thousands, as in "Look at them swarm!" Lots of fun to watch. Especially after the succeeding generations start getting more and more colorful...

Surprisingly, no -- the littles are quite capable of hiding, the big ones get used to having babies around, and besides we seem to be breeding a "catch-resistant" line of guppies. (Complete with their own racing stripes. No, I am not kidding. Well, maybe sort of -- but some of them do look like they've got racing detailing.)
