I remember when we were sitting next to each other one day at Turbotax and I told you about a call I had with a woman who had to keep putting down the phone to try what I said on the computer. I emailed her instructions to follow to make it easier for her. She later called you the same day saying she never received it and it was in her spam folder. When you told me it was her again, I totally ignored my current caller and showed you the email I sent her and everything. :P

I think I just sent my caller to "hell" in the end :)
