TUTORIAL #3
Tutorial requested by hellochaos from my last batch of Gossip girl icons. It's easy and simple, enjoy and show me your results. With PSD!!

01. Open your image and resize it. Drag it into your 100 x 100 image. Then duplicate the image twice and set to Screen 100% (you can do it a few times, acording your base)
02. Duplicate the image again and set it to Soft Light 50%
03. Now add a new layer and fiill it with #440F07. Set it to Exclusion 100%
04. Now go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Brightnes/Contrast: and set to:
Brightnes: -5
Contrast: +10
