Last night was fun, I hung out with people till around 2 am. I woke up at 11 today...meaning I got 9 hours sleep. Then, I spend all of today laying on the couch watching various movies and falling in and out of sleep, all the while eating snacks and meals. Despite the hundred or so things I have on my to do list, I spent the entire day doing ( Read more... )

i dont really think that i believe in chronic fatigue. i was once a sufferer. but then i started working out and being active. started drinking more water, ALKALINE water at that =]. and i havent smoked weed in 6 days. (but will resume feb 2nd lol) started thinking about what i eat and what i put in my body... trying to be as healthy as i can be... and i feel much better. and i think that you are a great person who shows emence kindness. =] youre probably one o fthe only people who reads my entries and comments on them. most people are like wow thats too sad. i just wont say anything. i think it is very important to make time for yourself and to take care of yourself. whatever it is. even if its taking an hour to pop your pimples and trim your nose hairs. lol. or you know, go get a massage or something. youd be surprised at how amazing you feel afterwards.

Thank you Tina. It always helps to get a kind word from a friend. Fortunately, things have improved quite a bit. I have not looked into the whole chronic fatigue thing; my aunt claims to suffer from it, but she got it from old breast implants that burst open. I have started being more conscious of my actions in any given day and it has helped. For a while there, I was going to the gym regularly, but I slipped up the past few weeks. I do still work a lot, but I enjoy my job so I do not mind. I do appreciate your concern, thank you {=o)

p.s. Why Feb 2nd? Do you have a job interview/drug screen or something? haha

haha no no drug test or anything... just wanted to go a month without it. i heard a story on the news yesterday about a sophmore at the highschool i went to, that needs a liver transplant in the next 6 months, or else she is going to die. i went to the doctor today to find out my blood type, and if im her type, im going to undergo all the other tests, a physical, EKG, tissue typing, antibody screening, urine tests, and a psychological evaluation, so this not smoking weed, may go on for longer if im her blood type. ive been reading all day about being a liver donor... and im really excited about it and im hoping that im her type, and tissue type and that i qualify to be a donor. i think it would be so amazing to give someone the gift of life... my liver must be pretty healthy too considering i never drink..

oh wow, thats awesome! Do you know her? (Not that your knowing her or not would affect your decision to try and help, I am just curious) How much of the liver do they need, do you know? Good luck with all of that, I hope everything works out well. How are you without the weed, is it affecting you in any way (increased anxiety or anything)?
