I love the fact that Ben knows Klingon! He's such a dork in an adorable way... I also loved how they dare each other to eat Chris' vegetable loaf and them exchanging their middle names. A lot of people during the episode discussion mentioned how cute it would have been if they told eachother their middle names (and you make it seem pretty adorable! :D)

As for your layout I had similar problems once... you might want to reset everything to your default... and then add your custom CSS(I'm assuming you have a custom style sheet - you want to use). Usually you click 'no' on the drag downs including 'use layout stylesheet', and use 'external sheet', etc.... (you don't include the link to the website in the external stylesheet URL) and then paste in the code into Custom stylesheet. You also typically have to select a flexible squares from the premade lj layouts... and then correct everything in CSS.

The dumb thing is I wasn't even using a custom style! It was just a basic lj layout and it somehow just vanished and I couldn't (still can't) get it back - I basically have no idea how these things work but I gather there is some caching problem on the lj end? Anyway, in the end I just switched to a different style and applied my old layer thingie which seems to be working for now? Idk. Thank you for trying to help, though, you obviously know a lot more about these things than I do!

Oh man, this is a great fic. I loved the Jello shots and the vegetable loaf coming back to haunt Orin! And that scene in the bedroom/coatroom was really really well done, complete with Jerry ruining everything, lol. Oh Jerry!

The entire time I was reading this there was a enormous smile on my face. It's perfectly in character for them and I love how the alcohol made them ever cuter together. I actually Loled at the vegetable loaf part. Even though Chris's overly happy personality can be annoying at times, it was really sweet that Ben and Leslie tried to make him feel better...even if they had been traumatized by the whole situation! :) Also them dancing at the end...I couldn't have imagined a better ending!! Thanks for sharing! IS IT THURSDAY YET?!?! :)

IT'S THURSDAY NOW YAY! :D Thanks so much, I'm really glad you like this. It was such an amazing episode I basically just had to write all the other bits I wanted to see, like someone eating the veggie loaf and most importantly, yes, Ben and Leslie dancing!

Oh this was so wonderfully funny and charming! I love that we're adding writers, and such good ones. It was great how you took us through the party, the scene cuts were perfect watching them get drunker and drunker and then starting to sober up. And I love your Leslie voice, her concerns about anarchy and cannibalism and being really happy Ben made a list, they were all so perfect.

And ending with the middle names! That was totally my favorite part (which is saying a lot because there were many), but that was just absolutely perfect, because it was a wonderful quiet reference to the show and would absolutely be important to Leslie and I love how she's checking off the box to make sure they're doing this all in the right order.

So yes suffice it to say, welcome to the comm and I will rereading this and looking out for the next thing you put out (oh please let there be a next thing).

Thanks so much. I haven't written any fic for ages and ages, but good god, these two! I can't even stand it, how adorable they are. And then after this episode the fic just came out of nowhere, so not only are Leslie and Ben amazing, they got me writing again! Hopefully there will be more of that to come. :)
