The most surprising thing about turning 30 is that I'm starting to really understand who I am and that life is not nearly as hard as I had made it in the past. I'm truly sorry that you lost your dad. I can't even imagine losing either of my parents.

I couldn't imagine it either. Sounds like a beautifull cd, maybe I'll check it out.

Jenn, I have been thinking much the same thing. I get caught up in my problems, but I find it easier these days to step back, and realize its not as bad as it could be, and I do have a pretty good life.
I don't think I can describe how hard losing dad was. I still miss him and cry about it about once a month or so. And this happened four years ago. I hope you both have your parents a long time. I keep a close relationship with Mom, because you never know... I want as much time with her as I can, since I missed so much time with Dad.
as for the cd, I highly recommend it if you like acoustic/folk stuff. Flow is the acoustic one, the other cd is more electronic/psychedelic.
