I hope things get better and you find an awesome job so you can tell them to shove it.

Too bad you can't quit and get rehired at the same level as everyone else.

Oh so many reasons why the politics of business suck. Sorry to hear that your job environment is bringing you down, ijo. Maybe, in the future, your side projects will end up being so lucrative that you won't even need your current job!!!
