Finding time to sleep has always been a problem for me. I am always tired at all the wrong times of day. I enjoyed working out early in the morning so getting up to go to the gym or running at 4:30 is my usual routine. If I stay out late at night I will usually try my best to conduct my next day as usual. As long as I have not gotten myself too

i have a pretty decent gym right in my building here. i actually did have all intentions to go there and do some cardio. i went out and bought this really nice track suit [that was the most exciting part i guess... ]
and....
i have not gone even once.
as for sleeping... it's one of my favourite things to do.... i'm not the kind of person to sleep in till noon on the weekends.... but i sure do like going to bed real early.
