This is really awesome--one of the only doppelganger fics I've ever read that actually work. It's really well-written, creative, and all around amazing.

I'm really glad that it worked. (It's hard to tell when you're writing it yourself.) And that you thought it was awesome. :D & thanks for reading & commenting.♥

So, I love you. You know that, right?

When you proposed the idea, I just assumed it would be crack. But then... It wasn't. And it totally worked!

I've never read a doppleganger fic before, so I have nothing to really compare it to, but that doesn't really matter, 'cause it was pretty ace. And, I mean, in terms of characterization, you did what you could with so little reference (curse him and his mystery!). Your Brian seems a little angstier than real world Brian, but that seems like something this fic really needs. So. So. Yes.

I'm still just sort of like, "Yay!" all over the place, and the woman on the computer next to me keeps making weird little pleased noises. It's concerning...

I do know and I love you, too.

Brian's mystery is so incredibly cruel (but also kind of awesome). & other!Brian needed to be pretty angsty in order to work, so I effectively decided he came from a less-than-perfect world and had been messed up by it. Regular Brian should be more like the one we don't really know but still really love though.

I'm glad you enjoyed it, Sheesh. Since it's your fault I wrote birthday fic in the first place.♥ And I hope the woman wasn't making noises like that because she was reading the Brian sex over your shoulder or anything. D:

Oh, poor angst riddled Brian.

I have no idea what she was looking at. It looked like a text document. Fic?

Sorry for the short comment. PS3. I did add this to memories, though.

this is fantastic! i love the whimsical style, and the way brian is just sort of dragged along on this strange happening. i usually can't buy doppelganger sex, but it actually worked here, made sense in a weird way. i liked that nothing was too focused, and the entire fic was kind of held at arms length, it made it seem like more of a fairytale.

very, very nicely done.

Thank you!♥ & poor Brian had no choice but to go along with it all. I'm glad the doppelganger sex didn't seem implausible and gratuitous. I really love the idea of this being a fairytale, I hadn't thought of it like that before.

Thanks for reading & leaving such an awesome comment.

This killed me! Oh, wow.

I just... I don't know! I kind of want to read this over and over again, but I'm still too jittery from the first time through. I have the strange impression that this is the kind of story that I wont necessarily forget, and for good reasons, so... awesome job!

I can maybe give you better comments after coffee. I'm going to put on a skirt and hike to Starbucks.

This comment is so whoa complimentary that I don't know how to reply. Is keyboard mashing an acceptable response? Because like ;dslfjkjghkgk.

This fic is definitely one that I love-hate because I sort of feel as though I should have done a better job of it by fleshing it out more and stuff. So, it's really great to know that despite its flaws that it still works and makes an impact.

I hope you enjoyed your Starbucks.♥
