haven't been able to write an entry for a while... was busy... happily busy ;)
was able to pull through w/ the 2nd part of the training... we're in transition now and i experienced taking in calls last friday afternoon. luckily, all i had to do then was greet the caller, verify their account information then ask them to call back after an hour ( Read more... )
