Orange complaint

This bloody goes far beyond rediculous....

This is the first complaint email followed by response and my reply... I couldn't keep the sarcasm out the 2nd reply.

I could use my works line but I think I'm going to be bloody stubborn and demand they pull there fingers out :P

I really don't get the issue - if your tv half melted itself they would have a new one sat on your doorstep faster than you could fart.

Its all PR and hell I should know I do ruddy PR.

Send them the faulty phone, plugged into one of those battery recharger packs? Let it melt on their doorstep!
