For the first time since I started my silly Philosophy class, I have been inspired. It's funny that the only thing in this class that could actually make my brain want to work would be about bisexuality

I belive it's a phase, or it's someone who hasn't found themselves. You don't find a lot of 60-year-old bisexuals. They're either gay or straight -- they screwed around (literally) enough to figure out which side they wanted. I do believe your sexuality is 50% environment and 50% genetics -- just like every other trait we possess.
I personally feel homosexuality and bisexuality are wrong, and that is what my religion teaches. I love everyone though and won't judge. People do not always understand how you could fundamentally be against something and still not judge, but it is possible. My bestfriend of 6 years, as you may know is a gay man, and was even before I met him.
Now, homosexuality, though I may not agree with makes sense to me but I never got how someone could be attracted to BOTH sexes. Again, I am not either bisexual or whatever, so of course I don't understand. BUT how on earth does anyone really know they are atrracted to both sexes? I have some theories, but I will keep them to myself, because though I do not mean to offend I am sure I will.
But about it being a fad: I think anything can be a fad for some, and a lifestyle for others. So that depends all on how the person who claims to be bisexual really feels about it, and that is something personal that I wouldn't know.
I think its okay to be curious with my feelings towards other girls, but for bisexuality to become a "fad" is wrong. i believe it depends on what I am in a relationship for. do I date because they have a dick or not? i would hope not. Im currently not in a relationship but I fall in love with people, not their gender. Personality means so much more, and that certain feeling when you know its love. hope this helps, teaanddreams@mail.com
