One more week until I can finally breathe again. It's not even funny how much I anticipate this summer. I need a vacation more than anyone I know. I say we road trip. I'm going to a play tonight. In Sarasota. Starts at eight. Costs 25 bucks. Mandatory attendance to a play is required for my English class. The write-up on the play is due tomorrow. 25 bucks is a lot of money. I guess that's the price of procrastination.

So does anyone want to waste money with me tonight? Yeah, I didn't think so.

It's true, I suck. My poetry anthology is due in a half an hour and I've only explicated six out of ten poems. They're poorly explicated, at that. I think I'm just going to turn in what I have and forget about it. I'm so over school. I don't think I'm going to get Bright Futures next year because my grades are going to suck. I'm at the MCC library, and there is someone in a back room somewhere "singing," for lack of a better word. It sounds more like a dying animal, but I ruled that out when I heard the voice speak English.

I don't think he realizes that the whole library can hear him.
