Tomorrow is our seven mile run. We were supposed to do six last week but someone set the markers up wrong so we actually did seven instead of six. I did my first five mile run on Saturday. It actually wasn't too bad at all. We did a walk run ratio of 4:1. So you run four minutes and then you walk one minute. I must say that once you've been running for a while that one minute walk flies by. I went to the Marathon Packet Launch pick-up on Saturday. It was at some community center in Encino, It was hot as hell out there too. It was informational and they had another orientation that I atteneded. I've decided to run the AIDS Marathon in December in Honolulu. It's 26.2 miles that I'll have to run, but it's for a great cause.
