Wonky Weather

So I'm sitting at work and my father says "I tried calling [a company in Washington DC] and they're closed because of a snow storm". We used to live there, so I know an inch of snow is enough to shut the whole city down, so I get the urge to look up the weather and laugh at how little it takes to shut down the city. More than a week, I'd say. When I lived there like half a foot could shut down my school for a week.

...wow. I had to call out that direction to sort out my own stupidity this morning (put the wrong expiration date for my credit card on an online order) and they said Well...it should *probably* still go out for you... I didn't realize it was looking that bad, though.

I just checked some other weather sites, and I think weather.com was off by a factor of ten.
