Fucking internet "security"
What the fuck use is a secruity protocol if it renders the thing useless?
My @canada.gc.ca email password needs to be changed (it's been three months). The security requirements for the password are "Strong"er than most. It would be nice if they put that on the log-in page, so I will know what password to use. So I click the "forgot password" button. There are FOUR! security questions.
Turns out my memorable person isn't so memorable, nor is my memorable date. And I got one wrong (no kidding), but they won't tell me which one. Or if the answers are case-sensitive.
WHAT GOOD ARE SECURITY QUESTIONS AND PASSWORDS IF I HAVE TO WRITE THEM DOWN?!?!?!?!?!?!
